Neck Diagonal - Arms out Front
			
		Standing facing forward, arms 
out front, turn head halfway to 
one side and move head 
diagonally high-to-low, then 
low-to-high, looking 
direction of movement. Hold 
each position ____ seconds.
		Repeat on other side.
		Do ____ repetitions,

		  Do with eyes closed. 
  Move arms in direction
